He is the editor in chief of the Journal of Manual and Manipulative Therapy. Cook has published over 110 peer reviewed publications, has 2 textbooks and numerous text chapters, has taught over 130 courses nationally and internationally, and is considered an expert in differential diagnosis. He is the winner of the 2009 APTA Baethke-Carlin Teaching award, is a 4 time winner of the Duke Excellence in Teaching award, is a recipient of the Helen Bradley career achievement award, a 2003 and 2005 winner of the OPTP systematic review award, and a 2005 winner of the J. Warren Perry Distinguished Author Award. Megan Donaldson PT, DPT, PhD, FAAOMPTDonaldson is an Assistant Professor at Walsh University's Doctor of Physical Therapy program. She earned her BS/MS degrees at D'Youville College and her PhD from Nova Southeastern University. She has completed an orthopedic physical therapy residency and manual physical therapy fellowship program from Daemen College, in Buffalo New York. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT). She remains active in clinical practice, and is involved in the APTA at the district and state level. She has written a book chapter on soft tissue mobilization. She has presented research at both the state and national level.
