The boss, because of a decision of justice, needs financial assistance.
You can help him: make a donation.

Once upon a time (it was in 2005), I was told there was a new method that may cure anything. I was already dubious about such a claim but I studied the theory behind the method and found it was not scientifically based.
I told it to the founders but they did not appreciated the fact. They brought the lawyers on the scene and began a battle I have no good chance to win: I was poor, they had money. Justice is often blind to facts. Now, I must pay but I'm not guilty but they said I must either pay. ![]() If you want the site continue to exist and pseudoscience may be decrypted then help us with a donation. Thanks in advance.

I’m sorry to hear about these problems.
Have you gone to the Press? In the U.K Simon Singh had a similar problem with chiropractors which he eventually won with big press coverage. It did cost him a substantial amount of his own money I believe. Ben Goldache in the U.K is good for bringing attention to big companies bullying people

I googled today and saw this - it's what I was referring to.
I guess we'll find out after you calculate my donation.

It costs $128 and change (CAD) to contribute 100 Euros.
Somasimple/Bernard is definitely worth a splurge of card kindness.

Long story short:
1. In 2005 Bernard asked questions of a group who espoused yet another (millionth?) mesodermal (meat) theory/operator model, and managed to irritate them. Imagine that! ![]() 2. Anyway, they sued him. 3. The case oozed through the French judiciary system. ![]() 4. Bernard lost his battle. Now, in 2012, he must pay some money to these... people. ![]() 5. He lost the battle but the war itself, however, will never, ever be over. ![]() 6. Bernard has maintained this site mostly all on his own, financially, since 2004. He needs all the help he can get to help to keep it going this year. ![]() Does that help?

Unbelievable. This makes both sad and angry.
Perhaps it's not much, but I became a "solider" of this war too ever since I was exposed to this site. The future doesn't look too bright for us, and we are certainly outnumbered, but one thing is for sure - the members here are "special forces" materiel, and will not stop fighting until their last breath. Good luck. |

One thing that actually gets people's attention is when you vote with your dollars. If you get more useful information from this site than from your professional organization, consider redirecting your dollars to where they'll be working for you.

Thanks for the support.
In 2005, I was young at these discussion lists. Now, I'm a bit wiser. When you're wrong there is a way to contradict those who're right: Money. I have not the second but I had some truth/fact to spread/seed. Truth does not matter in first instance. The secret must be preserved because it maintains good gains/revenues. The method remains unscientifically proven since 1980. But as would say their founders, in the actual state of the science there is no valid explanation because science can not explain it actually. I have another explanation based on facts, science and physics. I stated it in 2005 but a vicious judgment put me in a silent state: I was unable to use/word/phrase anything about them until its legal conclusion. So I/we lost some money but did really lost anything else? I able to say every morning in front of the mirror: Come on guy, it hurts but it is necessary to promote a good, logic and explainable practice.

If each member coming today on Somasimple would give only 10 euros, the amount would be more than 1500 euros.
We are far from the goal ![]() What are these 10 euros compared with the information you can find here?

Why are some contributions still "unconfirmed"? The total should be higher than it is at the moment, because so many contributions remain "unconfirmed". Is this a paypal issue?

No, your donation is still in green, which means "unconfirmed". You can check progress by viewing the page I linked to, accessible in the "donation goal" menu, in the Donate banner, above the post index.

Hi Byron,
Your donation does not appear? Mine so! What's the problem? You've made a beautiful act. The only thing I can say is just a very big "thank you". You give a very big help to Bernard

Hi Marc,
I only was making sure that I did not make a mistake. I hope everyone else is donating some portion of what they have received. I think my portion was at a ratio of about 1,000,000,000:1 for what I received in return. Keep fighting guys!

I guess the counter will catch up, one of these days, confirm then match the actual amount that's been donated.
So, continue to DONATE!

Marc, the donation you made cannot be seen since you made it before I launched the donation bar.
I added the amount to a global account (bernard). I have the same problem with this link: http://www.somasimple.com/forums/payments.php

dear Bernard,
Could you tell us which people (which method) we are talking about.???? I have not heard of this before AT ALL, and we are sort of neighbours.... It might get more interest if we (colleagues around the corner) knew about it. And have you considered asking the WCPT for help? Not so much financially but supportively?? please share information... maybe we can do something more kind regards Esther |
