jonmessageboard Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2009 Posts: 1 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts	Posture Taping and Posture Brace what is peoples experience of using posture taping and posture braces. I find that taping is quite effective but you need someone to so it for you but braces hurt under the to wear. I am trying a new one called shoulders back
