Default Nerve Slider Videos

Hi,

Just took mobilization of the nervous system on the weekend (8 years after first doing these techniques) and I finally got around to animating some nerve slider videos for my patients. Everyone is welcome to use them and feedback is appreciated.

I have more planned and will be producing pdf handouts to go with the videos.

The videos are at my site (www.thebodymechanic.ca)

Here is the link: (nothing for sale)

Great job. Do you plan to add some 'tensioners' as well?

Yes, tensioners and anything else people would like to see that is relevant (e.g. variations). Just send a description or a source.

These quicktime videos were down in a program called Poser. You can position the model in any manner, take a picture, move her and repeat. You can then animate these pictures. The pictures are much better resolution. I do all my exercise sheets with this.
