Hi,
Just took mobilization of the nervous system on the weekend (8 years after first doing these techniques) and I finally got around to animating some nerve slider videos for my patients. Everyone is welcome to use them and feedback is appreciated. I have more planned and will be producing pdf handouts to go with the videos. The videos are at my site (www.thebodymechanic.ca) Here is the link: (nothing for sale) ![]() http://thebodymechanic.ca/2012/03/05...ervous-system/ Greg |

Great job. Do you plan to add some 'tensioners' as well?

Yes, tensioners and anything else people would like to see that is relevant (e.g. variations). Just send a description or a source.

These quicktime videos were down in a program called Poser. You can position the model in any manner, take a picture, move her and repeat. You can then animate these pictures. The pictures are much better resolution. I do all my exercise sheets with this.
