Are you looking for help with a physical pain problem or are you a clinician looking for help treating patients? If it's the former, then you will probably be directed to someone in your locality who may be able to provide professional services; if it's the latter, then you're likely to meet many other "lonely" clinicians here who share your plight.

Im a patient. In pain management that i feel is not being managed well anymore. Can you share a helpful link?

Thanks for introducing yourself.
This is a site for primarily human primate social groomers, not necessarily for groomees.
Depending on what kind of pain you have, you may be better off seeking a forum of like minds/experiencers. In other words, this isn't a place, necessarily, for therapy itself, virtual or otherwise: it's more a place where we ramble on and on about who we are and reflect on what we do as therapists. You're welcome to read here, though, if you want.

I don't know of any participants here in your particular part of the country, but there might be. It's very difficult- and probably unethical- to provide any kind of useful or meaningful clinical intervention for pain over the internet.

I encourage you to search your region for at least a therapist who is a member of APTA and preferably with OCS (Orthopedic Certified Specialist) credentials (if your problem is primarily musculoskeletal, if you have a chronic neurodegenerative disease, such as MS, the look for someone with the NCS credential).
