I had a good look at Chicago Bulls Rose's ACL injury. Biomechanically he didn't look too bad. Not too much of hip adduction, even landed heel to toe with knee behind the great toe. Landing heel to toe is "de rigueur", (whatever that means) for a horizontal type jump landing.
He did have recent LB, ankle, and other pain problems though. |
