[Question] Does anyone have any opinions on what is the best PDF organizer?

I am looking to organize the mountain of PDFs I have that are "loosely" organized. I see there are several PDF organizers, does anyone have any strong feelings? Thanks,

I've started to use EndNote and do like it so far.
