hi everyone,just joined your site this minute. Suffer PLP 12 years now. Have just bought a mirror box tonight. Would like to here from any members who have used the box. All the best for now, Unioncruiser.

I use a mirror box occasionally with some centrally driven pain states. As part of the Graded Motor Imagery protocol. With PLP I would also look at 2 point discrimination and retraining tactile acuity.
I would stress that all the evidence thus far states that mirror box's are only effective when used once laterality is intact and some motor imagery as been performed. There are great websites that have video's from David Butler which describe it well. http://www.gradedmotorimagery.com/
