intro [Gerry]

Although I've been reading for a while, and very occaisionally posting, I just saw the link to this thread so I'm completing an introduction.

I am a PT and have worked with pediatric clients for a little over 20 years. Many areas of PT interest me, and I try to keep up a little in several areas. I do a lot of paperwork type stuff these days, and also a lot of adaptive equipment assessment/recommendations/deliveries.

I was fortunate to be in one of Barrett's courses many years ago (in Gulf Shores, Alabama if you are reading Barrett). I have also enjoyed his writing for a long time, and found this site in an effort to keep reading! I have found other writers here whose perspectives I am appreciating also!

I remember Gulf Shores quite well and you also.

You are the sole Alabaman to post, as far as I know, though I've been to the state several times since. Maybe someone else there is just watching.

Hi Gerry,

I've been to Gulf Shores many times. Not many peds around there, are there? Both sets of my grandparents tend to winter down there. My hangout is the Pink Pony. Rumor has it, it survived the latest hurricanes.
